Why there isn't a roster
We didn't build a team page, and the reason is worth saying out loud. A roster of faces and titles is a thing companies publish because the website template has a slot for it. It asks every person named to consent to being a permanent public search result for a job they might leave in eight months, it goes stale the moment anyone moves, and it does none of the work it's supposed to do.
