Why hiring here is different
A document written to pass a filter.
A job board's fundamental problem is that everything on both sides is a document written to pass a filter. The role description is written to attract, the résumé is written to survive. CHiiRO's jobs sit on top of a network where the profile already exists and was written for a different audience — other founders, people deciding whether to ask you a question — so it tends to be more honest about what someone actually did. When a candidate applies, you're not reading a document composed for you; you're reading what was already there.
Posting a role
Attached to a real company and a real person.
A job is posted from a company page, by someone with the standing in that company to post it, which means a listing comes attached to a real entity and a real person rather than floating free. Set the type — full-time, contract, remote, hybrid, on-site — write the role, publish it. It is findable inside the network and readable by someone who isn't signed in, so you can share the link outside CHiiRO and it still works.

Applying, and what happens next
A clean record of who is where.
Apply from inside the app. Withdraw an application if things change. On the other side, the company sees every application for a role, moves each one through a status, and keeps a clean record of who is where in the process — which is the part that usually leaks into a spreadsheet and then into nobody's memory. You can see every application you've made in one place, which is the thing job boards almost never give the candidate.
Before you put your details in
Read what is and isn't protected. Field by field.
An application carries personal information — your name, how to reach you, your covering letter, a link to your CV. CHiiRO's security page publishes exactly which fields are protected and which are not, field by field, including these ones. Read it before you apply. We would rather you made an informed decision than a comfortable one.
What you get
Read what a candidate actually built, in something they didn't write for you.
Post a role that's attached to a real company page and a real person.
Track every application to a decision without a spreadsheet.
See every application you've made in one place, as the candidate.
Questions and answers
Q.Can I post a job on CHiiRO?
Yes. Roles are posted from a company page by someone with standing in that company, so every listing is attached to a real entity. You can set the type — full-time, contract, remote, hybrid or on-site — and the listing is readable by people who are not signed in.
Q.How do applications work on CHiiRO?
You apply from inside the app and can withdraw later. The company sees every application for a role and moves each through a status to a decision, and you can see every application you have made in one place.
Q.Does CHiiRO have job listings right now?
The hiring machinery is fully built, but there is not yet a board full of live roles. CHiiRO states this rather than showing a job count. If you are hiring now, you would be early, and your listing would be among the first.
Q.What information does a CHiiRO job application include?
Your name, contact details, a covering letter and a link to your CV. CHiiRO's security page publishes field by field which of these are protected and which are not, and applicants should read it before applying.
Q.What should a startup job post actually say?
The stage of the company, the specific problem the first ninety days is about, who the person would work with, and the honest constraint — the thing a candidate would be annoyed to discover in week two. Everything else is decoration.
